AZ Factory, a pioneering brand under the Richemont Group and founded by the late visionary creative director Alber Albaz, is celebrated for redefining luxury through innovative, boundary-pushing experiences. For their client portal, Alber & Amigo’s, I started by leading the upfront strategy—identifying the brand's needs and outlining a groundbreaking approach to redefine the loyalty program and digital experience like never before in the industry. From there, I spearheaded the end-to-end creation of a modern, interactive loyalty program that transforms traditional rewards into a vibrant community experience. Working closely with the client in collaborative workshops, we aligned on a vision that merged emerging fashion trends with cutting-edge digital innovation. By integrating NFC tags, a digital wardrobe, and a one-stop platform for users to upload and share their outfits, we created a seamless connection between physical products and digital engagement—enabling members to interact, connect, and celebrate their personal style. I drove the full visual campaign strategy, overseeing everything from ideation and creative concept development to experience design feedback, UI & UX optimisation, and the production of dynamic social media content. This holistic approach ensured that every element of Alber & Amigo’s resonated with the brand’s forward-thinking ethos and set a new benchmark for interactive, community-driven loyalty programs.
